Academic writing is a core competence that university students have to acquire during the course of their studies. In order to ensure good outcomes, students must be offered writing support in close connection with their subject matter that is tailored to their degree requirements. Thereby, students must also acquire the ability to recognize their individual talents, skills and strategies and broaden their own repertoires.
