It is characteristic for part-time studies that learning situation and working situation overlap. This fact may enhance the learning transfer. There are different models for the organizational framework of part-time studies. Each of these models offers different opportunities to promote learning transfer. This contribution presents a good practice example of enhancing learning transfer within a blended learning setting of a part-time study course.
