digital blueprint: The development of an IT toolbox for universities

The project „digital blueprint“ aims to build all the neccessary tools and processes to enable cooperative development of applications that are usable for a wide range of higher education institutions, and bundle applications using them in an „university toolbox“. This project report summarizes experiences made throughout the project duration and tries to define potential success factors for IT-projects spanning multiple universities.
