digital university hub – A national project for digital and social transformation in the Austrian higher education landscape

As a national digital initiative, the digital university hub (DUH) seeks to chart the course for a contemporary, future-oriented Austrian higher education landscape. This paper outlines the central elements and strategic goals of the service and cooperation platform, as well as the expected effects on future university development. In this context, the paper places a particular emphasis on the implementation of change management, the advantage of accompanying measures for change projects and the use of open source solutions (development road).
