Insight into the work of the Senate Working Group on Accessi-bility at the University of Music and Performing Arts, Vienna

The Senate Working Group on Accessibility (University of Music and Performing Arts, Vienna) supports university members in the areas of accessibility and inclusion. Based on socio-political guidelines on diversity and inclusion, the working group is committed to realising an inclusive and barrier-free university. In its four years of existence, the group has implemented adapted examination conditions for students, as well as a barrier-free website based on WCAG 2.0 guidelines. In exchange with other universities, the group fosters continuous development towards an inclusive university.
