The latest issue of the Zeitschrift für Hochschulentwicklung (Journal for Higher Education Development / ZFHE) was just published: issue 14/2 (August 2019) on "Open Education in the Context of Digital Transformation", edited by Olaf Zawacki-Richter and Marco Kalz.
