Research as a Process of Self-Reflection – A Depiction of the Course “Research Practical with an Ongoing Reflection Seminar”

The following article shows the idea and concept of a new course “Research practical with with an ongoing reflection seminar” at the Institute of Instruction and School Development of the Faculty of Interdisziplinäre Forschung und Fortbildung at the University of Klagenfurt. Students of this course have the opportunity to contribute to a research programme, learn more about qualitative research methods in theory as well as in practice, experience themselves in the role of researchers and finally to reflect upon this position in the seminar. Examples from students demonstrate which experiences they made with reference to their selfreflection within the research process.
