Entrepreneurship education is a main concern of the polyvalent "Business Education and Development" master’s program at the University of Graz. Based on a broad understanding of entrepreneurship education, the action-oriented method of "Practice Enterprise" is combined with other multidimensional learning and teaching approaches to develop student competences. Using the example of a practice enterprise at the University, this paper describes how to design this business simulation for educational purposes with the goal of fostering entrepreneurial, occupactional and personal independence.
