In the catalogue of goals for higher education tnstitutions, entrepreneurship education and employability are assigned high importance. It is surprising that the empirical studies about the correlation between these two aspects are still limited. Within the framework of a quantitative longitudinal analysis in a cohort design, the significance of entrepreneurship education for the development of employability was examined systematically. The work was based on the heuristical model of employability from FUGATE et al. (2004). The study validated the positive correlation. The results shows that participation in the entrepreneurship education programme Manage&More leads to a significant increase or enhancement of individual contructs of employability, such as proactivity and self-efficacy.
