E-learning in higher education has long outgrown the status of pilot projects. However, a sustainable integration is often lacking at the institutional level. The School of Management and Law (SML) of the ZHAW developed an e-learning strategy in a complex participatory process with different stakeholders and across multiple review cycles. For the implementation of the e-learning strategy, the analysis model of Knoster was used to anticipate difficulties and resistances and to develop appropriate measures.
