Higher education didactic is confronted with two innovations: first the modularization of studies needs a shift from teaching to learning. Second good teaching integrates gender and diversity aspects structurally as well as in the contents and in the interactions. Both is not yet regarded systematically in the higher education didactic. In this article will be presented concepts and approaches of integrative gendering in teaching and genderintegrated higher education didactic of the Leuphana University of Lueneburg.
