The biographies of art education students form the basis not only for their studies, but more importantly for their approaches to artistic and pedagogical research. Students should be aware of these biographical memories and constructs on an introspective and reflexive level. Student awareness of their own artistic devlopment is essential for artistic and educational processes, as well as the development of professionalism in subsequent teaching. In a university art education course focused on the concept of aesthetic research, digital flash cards for "mobile learning" were used to intgegrate this principle of biographical awareness with cooperative group work and to deepen the engagement with scientific aspects.
