The integration of Women’s and Gender Studies in the curricula is a core element of a a gender-fair conception of study degrees and an indispensable factor of scientific development in the process of reorganisation of academic teaching in the Bologna process. The article deals with the issues which should be integrated in the curricula and with the organisational forms to integrate these issues into both teaching and studying. Three issues are entitled, which are relevant for all disciplines (aspects of professional issues, scientific critique and aspects of the production and use of academic research in the related discipline) but have to be answered in the related disciplines specifically. Additionally four approaches to integrate these issues in the curricula (an interdisciplinary approach, an integrative one, an individual explicit approach and an explicit approach) are discussed.
