The following report presents a project at a music conservatory (Leopold-Mozart-Zentrum, Augsburg University), in which students reflect on their one-to-one lessons via video. In this context, the objectives of individualized teaching and the strenghtening of implicit knowledge impose special conditions on the didactic design of the video reflection. In particular, video annotation plays an important role in the didactic concept and its further development (which is discussed based on initial findings in the project).
