This report presents experiences gained with three Bologna-conforming curricula offered at a higher education institute. The master’s courses for care professions evolved from a project (Leonardo) funded by the European Commission. The overarching goal is to enable students to integrate the new content into their existing repertoire of professional competences. The curricula are modular in structure, action-oriented and organised according to learning areas. They are offered via blended learning (e-learning + on-campus workshops), including depth-psychological concepts. An empirical evaluation of the curricula has shown positive results for professional and personal development.
