This work-based paper describes and analyzes a higher education training program focussed on self-reflection and the participants’ teaching personalities. In addition, it provides an overview of distributed challenges for participants and moderators. The results show that video reflection helps to extend the participants’ perspectives on their own teaching behaviour in a higher education context and offers the opportunity to work on personal development prospects for teaching.
