E-learning offers potentials for students that follow their studies along side work and challenges others. Universities have to offer productive conditions for this special group of students in order to bring additional benefits via e-learning. This includes transfer from study-content into their professional life, less stressful attendances, reliable documentation of lectures. Cooperative e-learning has to be instructed and it’s additional value has to be made transparent in order to find acceptance among those students.
