According to the objectives of German Universities of Applied Sciences for practical based education the compulsive Internships (min.6month) are an uniquely qualifying important and distinguished part within the course of studies for undergraduates in view of the primary academic professional qualification (Bachelor-Degree). These Internships should be used not only to prove the basic University knowledge of the students, but also help them to train and develop their social competencies in the environment of a real company outside the academic world to be adequately prepared for their later business career, where beyond technical expertise key competencies became an irreplaceable requirement today. The new developed 3-Phase-Concept (3-P-C) is explained in detail.
