Mobility support and joint courses or programs aren’t strictly new ideas. Even before the start of the Bologna process universities associated in order to cooperate in teaching and research. They provided a framework conducive to student mobility. One example is the European Confederation of Upper Rhine Universities (EUCOR). This article will introduce the model for joint courses and programs developed by EUCOR from different perspectives: aims and contents, development process of the model, results, resources for teachers, students, faculties, counseling services and administrators. Finally, changes in mobility and cooperation for students, teachers, faculties and administration caused by the implementtation of the Bologna reform will be pointed out.
