This paper aims at presenting a module for seminars within the framework of a change management process in a non-profit interest group. The module is geared towards a change in or improvement of, firstly, product competence, secondly, ofcommunication and sales competence directed at improved client services, and thirdly, of increased competence regarding the realisation of changes within the company in the form of increased team orientation. This process includes initiating and facilitating changes in the learning culture, which are characterised by cooperative and responsible self-organized learning in the sense of a learning organisation. The focus of the discussion will be on current development in university policy and on consequences for university curricula for educational studies. After all, future educators should be enabled to initiate, support, guide and control change and learning processes in individuals, groups and on the system organisation level.
