This article focusses on the imnplementation of an organisational development process that was based on a combination of a reward system, community building, qualification, consulting, and support structures. The process operated on different levels, such as teachers, departments, key players, and central support centers. The focus of the process was the implementation of elearning at a university. One part of the process was an intensive community building, designed to make experiences available in the network and to create a learning environment. In this way, elearning has been successfully implemented across the university, and the number of elearning applications in the various departments has increased over the years.
