Exploit Synergies in Academic Teaching Qualification Programs

In this article is the quality programs' success factor for student tutors developed. Based on two different strategies to modificate the culture of teaching and learning, according to Roxa et al., are the current Karlsruher Institut für Technologie (KIT) models presented and the comprehensive approaches are explained. It is emphasised, how a close cooperation with professional representatives can lead to synergistic effects.
