Lehren – an innovative program for Teaching in Higher Education

Teachingn is an innovative program of continuous education for leaders, management, teachers and academic developers who are engaged in Higher Education. The report describes the philosophy behind the program, the content, the series of workshops, the recruitment of participants and the experience, which were made. During the process the participants developed innovative projects and strategies to realize them in cooperation with the above mentioned groups of university members. Conclusions are drawn regarding innovation in Higher Education.
