To acquire OER competencies, certified training programs are essential, incorporating a didactic concept that encompasses independent knowledge acquisition, supervised course phases, and a strong focus on practical orientation. The evaluation results indicate that, in addition to instructional videos, collaborative task completion and discursive exchange in synchronous course units particularly support the achievement of clearly formulated learning outcomes. The evaluation also reveals that a completion certificate serves as a motivating factor, but it is noted that the workload associated with the training is perceived as burdensome.
