Austrian University Tookit – Development of a digital toolbox of IT tools and applications for the digitalization of university administration

The goal of the Austrian University Toolkit project is to delelop a modular IT toolkit consisting of applications and systems for the implementation and simplification of typical university processes. The results are made available to other universities as open source and presented on platforms such as Digital University Hub to promote cooperation and enable interested universities to use the components and develop them further. This paper explains the underlying motives, describes individual modules and provides an outlook for possible future developments at the end of the project.
