How do practice partners perceive their cooperation with higher education institutions?

Cooperation between higher education institutions and the practice is playing an increasingly important role. Nevertheless, the perspective of the practice partners is still under researched. For this reason, we conducted a survey of practice partners as part of a cooperation project that serves to develop regional solutions for current societal challenges. The results show that the respondents perceive far more opportunities than obstacles in the cooperation. For this perception, the trustworthiness of the university representatives is relevant as an indicator of the cooperation relationship.
