PLUSTRACK – Connecting you! The community programme with a big advantage for students

PLUSTRACK is a project of the University of Salzburg designed to build a community network for students. The aim is to foster social connectedness to make it easier for students to start their studies and to help them find support in challenging situations. To this end, students are accompanied through various networking initiatives and measures to build resilience in key phases of their studies; supported through mentoring, coaching, and training activities; and encouraged to contribute their suggestions for improvement. Furthermore, university lecturers and employees are invited to build relationships with each other and to actively shape change processes. These offerings are supported and accompanied by digital tools and activities.
