The parallel developments in the Europeanization of further and higher education with their models for quality assurance and the support programmes via e-learning throughout Europe offer the opportunity to join those processes together. As regards the assessment and quality assurance of educational concepts, a large number of e-learning projects show much experience, which could be very beneficial to quality assurance in general in the wake of Bologna. By way of illustration possible points of convergence have been pinpointed while planning a programme of studies in higher education.
