Development and validation of an inventory on employability after the dual study program

a high employability and that they therefore have good chances of obtaining and sustaining employment after their studies. To test this assumption, an inventory was developed and tested with students at the Baden-Württemberg Cooperative State University, and principal component analyses, confirmatory factor analyses, and a Mann-Whitney-U-test were then used to analyse the data. A reliable and valid instrument was developed in two studies. The results are discussed in the context of their practical application.
