Expanding access to higher education results in a heterogeneous student body and can cause problems concerning the fit between students‘ life situations, prior
experiences and qualifications, as well as antiquated academic requirements. The KoBeg project addresses this issue and aims to achieve a harmonisation between individual factors and institutional external conditions. To this end, a differentiated learning/teaching concept was developed. This concept follows the didactic-ethodological
approach of eduScrum®, and with the help of a competency framework and self-reflexive elements, supports the acquisition of competencies that are relevant
for academic success. The developed learning/teaching concept has already been tested successfully and has been partially validated through cross-university usage.
