Problems and Solutions in the Third Space

The paper focusses on several different aspects of the creation and function of a third space institution based on the example of studiumdigale, the elearning center of the university of frankfurt. Key aspects are the role and functions of the institution, its relation to other institutions and its ‘customers’ and the further development of its strategy.
