The development of self- and social competencies during students’ academic careers is essential for both employability and individual health. The Okanagan Charter calls for the creation of a supportive living environment specifically in the university setting, in order to promote students’ health and well-being and support personal competence development. As part of the KukiS-Toolbox project, scientifically based working materials for fostering self- and social competencies were developed and compiled in a toolbox.
