Acquiring intercultural skills in digital space: A virtual study trip in social work education

Intercultural skills are of great relevance for aspiring social workers. Semesters abroad, internships and study trips are important measures to acquire these competences. With increasing digitisation in higher education, students have a variety of opportunities to gain intercultural skills, even without physical mobility, as this article shows using the example of an online study trip.
