International introductory phase revisited: Digital measures to support the preparatory phase and the start of studies for international students

International students face the particular challenge of having to adapt to a new environment (social and academic) at the beginning of their studies abroad. At Ulm University of Applied Sciences, a holistic support concept has been set up for this group of students. The concept focuses in particular on the the preparatory and introductory phase and uses digital media to help students master the challenges of starting their studies.
