Agile work in the strategic field of teaching development at the Niederrhein University of Applied Sciences
Main Article Content
“Agility” is an approach to collaboration in time-critical project development which is common in business but relatively new to universities. This workshop report explores the harmonisation of different laterally acting work areas to form a “Teaching Development Team” and the subsequent integration of the various perspectives into the design of the strategic university development plan in the form of an agile sprint. The agile methods applied for this purpose sustainably facilitate collaboration between the different actors and in turn the quality of the resulting design principles in the context of the challenging digital semester triggered by the Covid 19 pandemic.
