Framework for using digital media in higher education teaching

Until recently, the teaching of digital tools in teacher development was largely limited to basic applications. The integration of digital elements in teaching is undermined further by specific obstacles. In order to foster high-quality teaching and learning scenarios, didactics departments must develop vocational trainings that are accessible and can be conducted in a time-efficient manner. The framework presented in this paper offers a focused yet comprehensive approach for tackling these challenges.
