This paper describes the mentoring programme mINKLUSIV, which supports female scientists with disabilities at the Ruhr-Universität Bochum. First, the project’s participation potentials are defined, from which the project goals are derived. The project structure and conception are then presented in an overview, and finally the individual and institutional findings from the project are described and discussed. The results can be used for future inclusion- or participation-oriented programmes at other universities and colleges. The Twin-Track Approach is offered as a possible solution for inclusive organisational and human resource development.
