What does the inner texture of our current science establishment look like? Are our current universities really open to diversity in educational content and methods? Beyond the conventional understanding of economics, this paper uses the example of the Social Photo Matrix to show further exploratory teaching and learning approaches that offer students and teachers practice-oriented and inclusive spaces for reflection. It also gives them the opportunity to see organisations, management and leadership with different eyes, to bring their practical experience into the learning process and to reflect diverse aspects and dimensions of their worklives.
