The Advanced Continuing Education Programme for the Scientific Staff of the Technical University Berlin

In this article the advanced training program for the scientific personnel of TU with its emphasis „promotion of the quality of teaching“, „research management“, „work and management techniques“ is presented. Special attention is put on the compe- tence profile which can be developed and the results of the accompanying evaluation. Conclusions for the future organization are drawn.
