Conceptually grasping digital change - The example of the FHNW School of Social Work

This contribution describes the process by which the basic paper “Digitalisation and Social Work” was developed at the FHNW School of Social Work. The aim of the basic paper is to provide a theoretical framework for digital change and to assess its possible impact on the University of Applied Sciences and Arts. In particular, this contribution shows how the basic paper was developed and how the topic of digitalisation was dimensioned for this purpose based on various considerations.
