So called Teaching-mails are short didactic letters, that are send via Email to universities lecturers. Individual learning and reflection processes should be activiated through informative ideas as well as questions concerning the own teaching practise. Furthermore a regular communication concerning lecturing should be stimulated. The aim of the project presented here is to provide a professional low-threshold Academic Staff Development Program that should improve a positive teaching-related "professional training culture" at universities. The conception of the Teaching-mails, strategies of program implementation and evaluation results will presented and discussed.
