Academic further education systematically connects practice to higher education and offers impulses for future-oriented organizational development and regional strategies for sustainability. A discourse-and future-oriented didactics connects in its macrodidactics to discourse orientation, reflexivisation, future and design orientation. In its mesodidactics, networked innovation laboratories between university, region and train-the-trainer multiplicator approaches are used to organize collective knowledge and designability. Microdidactic teaching and learning arrangements refer to transitional capacity, habitus reflexivity, social innovations and the development of future strategies.
