Research and Practice Projects as small-scale and individualised continuing education formats

The hybrid position of continuing education between higher education and vocational education makes it possible to use references from both educational worlds. The aim is to integrate research and application orientation equally into competence-oriented and individualised study programmes. This workshop report focuses on the combination of theoretical references with practical experience in the format development of so-called research and practice projects in the context of the project ContinuING@TUHH.
