Against the background of increasing student body heterogeneity, measures are being tested at the TU Dresden to make the study programme more flexible. In addition to the development of an e-scout program, an evidence-based decision model for the development of course offerings and a procedure model will be developed. This paper presents the general conditions at the university and shows at which levels of the university structure the approaches are to be located. The theoretical framework is a system of flexibilisation measures for classifying and discussing the tested concepts with regard to their potential for transferability.
