The aim of the BMBF-funded project OERlabs was to initiate a cultural transformation in teaching and research towards open practices. For this purpose, actors in teacher education were confronted with open educational practices within the framework of multi-stakeholder dialogues, in order to develop challenges and solutions for the advancement of OER (Open Educational Resources) in teacher education (as well as the university). This workshop report describes the potential of Open Education for organisational learning, as well as the implementation of open-educational practices within the framework of dialogue formats.
