From empirical higher education research on the process of communicative validation to participatory quality development of university teaching
Main Article Content
This paper examines the role of the teaching staff as designers of the quality of study and teaching as a decisive factor for quality development at universities. Using an abductive research approach, the learners’ understanding of their teaching practice has been taken as the starting point for the consideration of a communicative research process, which flows smoothly into the process of participatory quality development. This paper focuses on the instrument of communicative validation as a communicative part of communicative social research and its potential for participative quality development at universities.
